A strong earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 struck the Antalya region of Turkey just after noon, raising worries among locals.
The Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center reported the earthquake’s magnitude at 5.1, with a depth of about 95 kilometers.
The epicenter was located 176 kilometers southwest of Konya and only 17 kilometers east-northeast of Antalya.
