The First Lady missed the Audit Committee meeting. She sent a letter saying she couldn’t attend because of a Justice Ministers’ meeting.
During the session, MPs asked the State’s General Accountant many questions, criticizing the Government. The General Accountant explained that there are no cash transactions and no donations outside the Central Bank account. He added that since 2023, there has been no illegal fundraising, and there are no issues with the financial audit of the entity.
The General Auditor shared the report on the entity. He pointed out that it wasn’t possible to confirm or investigate any links between companies and the First Lady.
