A road accident happened on the Nicosia–Limassol highway near Pareklisia. This caused major traffic problems and closed both lanes heading to Limassol.
Police say traffic is being redirected through the Agios Georgios Alamanou exit until the vehicles are cleared and traffic can return to normal.
Drivers are asked to follow police instructions, drive carefully and slowly, avoid sudden stops, and keep a safe distance from other cars. This will help prevent more accidents and keep traffic moving smoothly.
