He has teamed up with the “greens” to scout talent in Africa and is also the president of Tad Sport Academy. He started this football academy in 2013 in Cameroon.
By keeping an eye on major tournaments run by the African Football Confederation, he looks for talented players aged 17 to 23.
If he finds a promising player, he connects them with Aris and works with the “Light Brigade” team.
His portfolio includes players from Cameroon and other countries like Ivory Coast, Senegal, and Mali.
