Today, Cyprus is buzzing with Christmas fun! There are activities, presentations, concerts, and shows for everyone.
From 10:00 to 18:30, the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society and AHK are hosting the big Christmas fiesta “Give Light to a Life” at AHK’s headquarters in Nicosia. At the same time, you can check out the Christmas Bazaar at Technopolis 20 in Paphos.
Meanwhile, from 10:00 to 19:00, Nicosia is full of festive cheer with events by the Municipality at Eleftheria Square, Archbishop Makarios Avenue, Spyridaki Square, the Ledra-Onasagorou Opening, and Kyriakou Karaoli Square in Aglantzia. At the Leventis Gallery, visitors of all ages can enjoy “The Magic of Christmas” until 20:00. Also, at CVAR (11:00–12:30), you can experience “Festive Moments” through stories and legends of Cyprus.
In Limassol, the 12th Jazz and World Music Platform features a morning workshop and evening concerts at Rialto Theatre. There will also be musical activities at Art Studio. All day long, Lakataemia’s Christmas village is open for visitors from 11:00 to 22:00.
This afternoon, the Municipality of Larnaca has events in Livadia and Peyia, where Cap St. Georges has its own Christmas village.
Theatrical performances start at 15:00 at WhereHaus 612 with “The Return of Fairy Tales,” at 20:00 at Alpha Square Theatre with “ART,” and THOC presents “Murder on the Orient Express.” At 20:30, Nicosia Municipal Theatre hosts the concert “200 Guitars” featuring Christos Thiveos.
Nicosia and Limassol continue with shows like “The Glass Menagerie,” “Calendar Girls,” and “The Woman in Black.” Lastly, Limassol’s Municipality shares a packed program of Christmas activities in all neighborhoods.
