Even though it’s December, the spirit of ‘Golden September’ still shines bright.
Inspired by this spirit, the kids at Z’ Elementary Kindergarten Lakatamia – Agios Panteleimon decided to take action. They showed their kindness and support for children in the Pediatric Oncology Unit at Makarios Hospital.
With their teacher’s help, the kids made greeting cards and gathered gifts, sharing messages of love and hope. Their effort reminds us that every day can be a ‘September’ – a day for caring, supporting, and showing love to kids in the hospital.
The president of the Pancyprian Association of Parents and Friends of the Pediatric Oncology Unit, Louiza Stefanidou, visited the school. She talked with the kids and brought many smiles. She thanked Principal Mrs. Maro Kaspari and all the teachers for their support and hospitality. She also praised the young students for their amazing initiative that brings joy to those who need it most.
