In a radio interview yesterday (SPOR FM 95), AEL’s president Kostas Konstantinou talked about Hugo Martins’ future. He shared details about a clause in Martins’ contract from when he joined the team four months ago.
He said that the contract with the Portuguese coach will automatically renew for next season if the team finishes in the top group or wins the cup.
Most fans seem happy with what the Portuguese coach has done so far.
The big question is whether sports director Joel Damachou will extend Martins’ contract now or wait until the season ends…
Just a reminder, Damachou started at AEL two months ago.
