Once again, Aris looked dull and “colorless,” disappointing its fans and getting knocked out by AEL in the cup.
Even with several changes from the coaching staff, including Artyom Radzkov switching half the team from the lineup against Ethnikos Achnas, the “Light Brigade” struggled to find solutions. They had trouble creating and executing plays, and defensively, they faced big problems during the cup match. Their opponent hit the post, scored a goal, and had clearer chances overall.
