President Konstantinou rightly pointed out in a press conference 50 days ago (12/4/2025) that they have valuable experience from their previous jobs.
They’ve been brought on board to put their plans into action and make AEL a top team again. We think they also need to change any mindsets and behaviors that don’t fit with professional clubs.
To truly start a new era for AEL, it’s not enough to just bring in more talented players. They need to get rid of old attitudes that hold them back. Only then can better days come for the historic team of Limassol.
