The Department of Road Transport has canceled preliminary approvals for those who missed deadlines. This allows new approvals to go to other applicants for the 4th Call of the Electric Mobility Promotion Plan.
The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works stated that the deadline for submitting vehicle orders was January 5, 2026. Approvals were canceled for applicants who didn’t act on time or provide necessary documents.
Now, preliminary approvals will go to alternates in categories D5, D7, D8, D9, and D10, based on the draw order. Some categories have more positions open, while others only consider one alternate application.
The Department reminds alternates to follow the new deadlines they will receive. If not, approvals will go to the next alternates in line.
