Limassol authorities sprang into action at dawn when a fire started around 3:40 AM in a parked car at a store’s parking lot.
The car, owned by a 26-year-old woman, had been unused for two months due to mechanical issues and was completely destroyed.
The Fire Service put out the fire, while police examined the area and secured the scene. They will investigate the exact cause of the fire as inquiries continue throughout the day.
