Nikos Christodoulides, the President of the Republic of Cyprus, spoke for the first time about the controversial video linked to corruption at the Presidential Palace.

“I want to invite anyone with proof of bribery, either during my campaign or presidency, to report it to the State Authorities right away,” he said.

The President stressed that “I will not allow anyone to accuse me of corruption.” He also highlighted how important it is to attract investments. This effort began on his first day in office and continues for the good of the country.

“The results of my visit to the United States are already showing, with American investments announced in Cyprus,” he pointed out. He added that companies investing in Cyprus should give back through corporate social responsibility in areas like health, welfare, and defense.
