On May 21–22, 2026, Limassol will host the Doers Summit, formerly known as the Reflect Festival.
This event started in 2018 to connect new tech ecosystems and has grown into a top gathering in the Mediterranean for founders, investors, and tech leaders.
Over the last eight years, the Reflect Festival became a favorite spot beyond the Cypriot tech scene. It’s known as a place where local ecosystems meet global innovation. The change to Doers Summit shows its mission has evolved: to unite people who create, fund, and grow businesses across borders. After successful events in Athens and Dubai in 2025, the community is excited to return to Limassol under its new name.
“The Reflect Festival became a community where people from the global tech world felt at home,” said Stylianos Lambrou, Co-Founder and CEO of The Doers Company. “Changing to Doers Summit helps us grow this community worldwide while keeping Limassol at its heart.”
A Gathering of 10,000 Doers
The 2026 event expects over 10,000 participants at Kolla Factory in Limassol. This includes startup founders, venture capitalists, private equity and angel investors, ecosystem leaders, policymakers, media reps, and international delegations. The program will have special tracks for investors, startups, media, corporate partners, and international ecosystems aimed at networking and deal-making.
Beyond a Traditional Conference

This summit will feel like a festival with four interactive stages, lounges, meeting spaces, and areas designed for networking and collaboration. The program will also feature the Doers Pitch, where selected startups present their ideas live to top investors. This format has gained popularity over the past year, leading to more than 150 follow-up meetings between founders and investors.
The experience goes beyond the main program with over 20 curated side events. These include four key events developed in recent years: Elevate Summit (focused on proptech and real estate innovation), CarryOn (a meeting for venture capital investors and founders), Money etc. (exploring fintech’s future), and TechIsland Summit (uniting leaders shaping Cyprus’s growing tech scene). Together, they create a rich program that exceeds a traditional conference.
