The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) recently launched a focused operation against drugs. They searched 13 vehicles, 10 houses, and one location in the Limassol district. This led to the seizure of 965 grams of cocaine and 216 grams of cannabis.
Four people were arrested, including a notable 31-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman. They had warrants out for a case involving 7 kilograms of cannabis. Two other young men, aged 21 and 30, were also found with small amounts of cannabis.
The DEA emphasizes that these operations target not just small dealers but also organized networks. They are sending a clear message of zero tolerance. The Limassol Unit continues its investigations, and authorities promise to stay alert against any illegal activities.
