A new way to think about failure at work is here! The event series “Failure is Power,” co-hosted by Compass Training and Elli & Co Coaching & Consulting, aims to turn failure into a learning tool. These workshops focus on growth and opportunity.
The first event, called “Building Cultures that Learn from Mistakes,” is on Friday, March 27, from 08:45 to 11:45, at INSET MAP Hotel in Nicosia. Two more events are planned for April 24 and June 10.
This first event is for HR professionals and leaders in both private and public sectors. It’s perfect for those who want to grow personally while improving their organization’s culture and performance. Participants will hear from experienced trainers about different types of failure and the idea of “smart failure.” The focus will be on building mental resilience in employees, with real-life examples showing how workplace culture can boost learning and innovation.
Three expert speakers will share their insights at the event. They are Dr. Andri Michailidou from the Open University of Cyprus, Marina Navti, HR Director at Cyta, and Elli Matsouka, a Leadership and Team Development Consultant.
Myria Avramidou, General Manager of Compass Training, pointed out that organizations investing in human resources grow faster and better today. The “Failure is Power” series aims to spark meaningful conversations about failure as a way to learn and be creative.
