Along with its first transfer, Freedom24 Krasava ENY has boosted its coaching team, as shared on social media.
They have signed Sergey Smorodin. He is a 31-year-old Uzbek, born on 15/02/1994, who retired in 2022. He played in Uzbekistan, the Maldives, and Ukraine.
According to the official announcement, he is the first Uzbek to join the Ypsonas team.
Smorodin has already started working and was at the team’s first two games of 2026 against Omonia Aradippou and Olympiakos.
He takes over from Marios Stavrinidis, who was the goalkeeping coach for Ypsonas until the end of 2025.
