Henning Berg shows his belief in young talent by letting them train with the first team.

The Norwegian coach brings in 4-5 players from the Academies for men’s team training each week. His aim is to assess their skills and help them gain experience.

This Monday, more young players joined than usual, showing a strong focus on talent development.

It’s important to mention that Chrysis Evangelou, a promising player close to the first team, missed training due to an injury and is still sidelined.

Berg’s approach shows OMONOIA’s commitment to nurturing its own talent, building a strong future for the team.
