Marinos Tzionis will not join the national team for friendly matches against Belarus and Moldova. He has an injury issue. The Cyprus Football Association’s website shared this update:

“Our team is getting ready for two friendly matches. The first is on Thursday, March 26, against Belarus, and the second is on Monday, March 30, against Moldova. Both games will be at GSP Stadium and start at 19:00.

Stavros Georgiou, Angelos Neophytou, and Panagiotis Andreou had their first training session with the Men’s National Team on Monday.

Marinos Tzionis cannot help our National Team in the upcoming matches due to an injury from his last game. He attended Monday’s training, was checked by the National Team doctor, and it was decided he should be left out of the squad.

All other players called up are ready for the coach.
