Dear friends of Anorthosis,
The Investor Search Committee started its work in September 2025. We want to keep you updated on our progress. We also shared detailed information with a delegation from the Board of Directors in a recent meeting.
Since day one, we have been working hard to find a strategic investor. We’ve made contacts and there is interest from investors in buying the football team from the Club. However, this interest is still in the early stages, with some letters of intent (LOI) and confidentiality agreements (NDA) signed.
This process is challenging and takes time, seriousness, and strict confidentiality. We need to be discreet to protect the process and ensure smooth communication.
We ask for your trust, unity, and patience during this important effort.
Our goal is to find a strong and reliable investor who has vision and can help Anorthosis grow and thrive, honoring its history and reputation.
If there are no updates by the Annual General Meeting, the Committee will share all steps taken with members to maintain transparency.
