The Larnaca Criminal Court has sentenced a 37-year-old man to six years in prison for having and selling two kilograms of cannabis.
The Larnaca Drug Squad found the drugs during special operations. A 24-year-old was also arrested for having a smaller amount and a precision scale. During the operation, police discovered a bag with about one kilogram of cannabis outside the 37-year-old’s place, which led to his arrest for a serious crime. Later, they searched inside and found another bag with roughly one kilogram of cannabis.
Also, in the 24-year-old’s car, officers found nine grams of cannabis, a precision scale, and cash, which resulted in his arrest.
