Limassol CID is investigating a new shooting incident after receiving information overnight about damage at a city café.
The scene was immediately secured and examined by investigators. During the on-site inspection, officers identified two holes in the café’s windows, which police say were caused by gunfire.
After initial procedures were completed, the scene was released. The case remains open, however, with Limassol CID continuing its investigation into the exact circumstances and the identity of those involved.
Authorities are now reviewing all available evidence from the scene and surrounding area to reconstruct how the attack unfolded and define the next investigative steps.
