The day began early at Limassol Greens, the comprehensive golf and premium lifestyle destination in Limassol, which in 2026 enters full operation and a new phase of expansion. From the moment you arrive, attention to detail and harmony with the natural environment are evident everywhere.
The first stop was the 18-hole golf course, designed by internationally recognized Cabell B. Robinson. The 6,300-meter-long course, with fairways and tees covered in Tahoma 31 grass, follows the natural topography of the area, offering an international standard experience. We watched players on the 320-meter driving range equipped with 30 TrackMan technology screens, while new and beginner players tested their skills at the Golf Academy with personalized training.
Within its first months of operation, Limassol Greens already recorded 100 active golf members. Most new members come from an audience that until recently did not participate in the local golf market, reflecting the sport’s expansion and the creation of a new business cycle around it. Additionally, the membership composition includes both local and international audiences, reflecting Limassol’s multicultural character and the project’s dynamic as a reference point for residents and visitors with diverse profiles and lifestyles.
The competitive activity began on January 31, 2026, with the Winter Open Tournament, Limassol Greens’ first major golf tournament, featuring over 100 players. This event marked the start of a broader program of competitive and private events, strengthening the project’s position in sports tourism and corporate events.
After golf, we walked through the well-maintained green spaces, where over 5,000 trees have been planted, creating an extensive green core that offers relaxation and beauty throughout the area. Following pedestrian paths, we visited two playgrounds and padel and tennis courts on the western side, with full support facilities and easy access for the public.
The visit to the Clubhouse added another dimension to the experience. At The Roost restaurant, we sampled street-food flavors from around the world curated by chef Loukas Kyriakou, with options for daily meals and weekend brunches. The year 2026 marks the next phase of Limassol Greens’ expansion. In residential development, a new type of villas is planned to launch while construction begins on The Starlings apartments, a new high-aesthetic proposal including 126 modern two- and three-bedroom apartments distributed across three elegant six-story buildings. Public infrastructure is also being developed on the western side of the project over an area of 150,000 sq.m., with green spaces, pedestrian paths, two playgrounds, two padel courts, and a tennis court, with full support facilities and public access.
The combination of sports, relaxation, and nature creates a complete wellness environment where visitors can enjoy a full lifestyle experience.

In 2026, new meeting spaces are planned to develop such as “The Nest,” a modern meeting point integrated into Limassol Greens’ natural landscape around which dining spaces will develop with cafés and a family restaurant with outdoor areas. Nearby will operate the Kid’s Club, offering creative activities for young visitors.
The experience will be completed by the Fitness & Spa Center, a comprehensive wellness destination expected to become a key pillar of daily life at Limassol Greens. Modern exercise facilities, spa services, pools, treatment areas, and an outdoor yoga space create an environment of balance in direct contact with nature.
