The Municipality of Limassol is throwing a fantastic event to welcome 2026 at Grigoris Afxentiou Square. Everyone is invited to join this year’s traditional New Year’s celebration.
Residents and visitors in Limassol on New Year’s Eve are encouraged to gather on Anexartisias Street. They will celebrate the new year together with joy, music, and optimism.
The event will happen on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Grigoris Afxentiou Square, starting at 9 PM. At 9:30 PM, the public can enjoy the On Broadway Show featuring Rihanna Athanasiou and Theodosis Gain Christidis.
At 11 PM, the concert ‘Farewell to the Old Year’ will take over. It will showcase Liza Theofanous, Dimitris Mesimeris, Katerina Paraschou, Lefteris Pitsillidis, and an eight-member musical group led by Admetos Pitsillidis.
