All members of the Cyprus National Handball Team are safe after a traffic accident early Saturday in Estonia.
The Cyprus Handball Federation reported that the bus carrying the Men’s National Team went off the road. This happened on the Tallinn–Tartu highway near Neanurme due to tough weather conditions, and the bus overturned.

There were 23 people on board. Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported. However, two members of the Cypriot delegation went to Tartu University Hospital for precautionary checks. The rest of the team continued their journey to Polva on a replacement bus and arrived safely.
The Estonian Handball Federation said it is in constant contact with the Cypriot delegation and the European Handball Federation. They also thanked the rescue services and Tartu ambulance for their quick response.
