The Apollon Limassol Veterans and Friends Club shared news about its new board’s first meeting.

“On Thursday, March 5, the Club’s Board held its first meeting after the Extraordinary General Assembly. The new Board is made up of:
- President: Vevis Walter
- Vice President: Kostas Papachristoforou
- Secretary: Andreas Lambouris
- Deputy Secretary: Myria Thoma
- Treasurer: Giorgos Iosifidis
- Deputy Treasurer: Giorgos Templar
Members:

- Dimitris Miltiadous
- Chrysostomos Christofi
- Christos Tziambazis

The new president thanked the board for trusting him with the role. He highlighted that the Club aims to promote volunteerism and continue various events like their predecessors. They also need to support their team in reaching its goals and all sports departments. As the Apollon Limassol Veterans Football Club, they will honor everyone who has helped their team succeed in the Cypriot championship.
The members then shared their thoughts, emphasizing that Apollon Limassol’s history is mainly about its veteran players.
A collaboration with the team’s academies was also discussed. This will help academy players meet veteran players and learn about Apollon’s rich history.
