The Police arrested two people during operations yesterday. One was in Limassol for illegal possession of property, and the other in Nicosia for drunk driving.
Last night, they checked 327 vehicles and 414 passengers. They also inspected 25 places to prevent criminal activity. From these traffic checks, they filed 103 complaints for different offenses. Six more cases are under investigation, and seven vehicles were seized.
These operations are part of a wide and ongoing plan by the Police. The goal is to protect citizens and boost security in all areas.
