A serious robbery happened last night in Germasogeia at around 11:30 PM. Unknown people broke into a home and tied up two women inside. The victims were an 86-year-old homeowner and her 34-year-old helper.
Reports say the robbers restricted the women’s movements. They searched the house and stole some money and jewelry, but the total value is still unknown.
Afterward, the robbers escaped in an unknown direction.
The Limassol CID arrived to investigate. They are gathering evidence and taking statements to find the culprits.
