This is about Oleg Vitebskiy, who lives in Cyprus. He is wanted by the Police for an investigation into a case that allegedly happened between March 6 and 10, 2026 in the Nicosia area. The investigation includes charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, computer-related fraud, obtaining property by false pretenses, theft, and money laundering from illegal activities.
