A serious traffic accident happened just after midnight on the Paphos–Limassol highway, heading to Limassol.
The Police said a 30-year-old driver lost control of his car after the Erimi exit and got trapped inside.
The Fire Service arrived and helped free the injured driver. He was taken to a private hospital with serious injuries to his legs.
The Limassol Traffic Police are looking into what caused the accident.
