The white ‘veil’ covering Troodos drew hundreds of people eager to enjoy this rare winter scene in Cyprus.
Traffic on the roads to the mountain was heavy. Authorities reminded drivers to be careful, as some roads were slippery. The snowy views in Troodos, like those in other European countries, provide a special ‘escape’ from daily life. It shows once again that the Cypriot mountains have their own winter magic.
