An admirable act of solidarity is being organized for the two children of 29-year-old Zoe Zorpa, who recently passed away, leaving behind an irreplaceable void. The initiative includes a bazaar of books, clothes, and items, aiming for the proceeds to be deposited into a special bank account for the children, to offer them some relief and support for the future.
The bazaar will take place on Monday, December 22, from 16:00 to 20:00, at CyInk Tattoo and Piercing Studio, Milonos 89B in Limassol. The initiative belongs to her friend and social worker Myria Parekklisiotou, in collaboration with Maria Petta, mother of Iliana Petta, who passed away after battling a rare disease in 2024 and was a friend of Zoe. Maria Petta, an author with a large collection of books, will contribute her books, which along with other items will be sold at low prices to gather financial support for Zoe’s two children, Ariana, aged 4, and Jason, 11 months old, offering them some relief and support for the future.
The family of Zoe informs in a post that her funeral will be held on Wednesday, December 17 at 10:30 AM, from the Church of Peter and Paul in Limassol. The relatives request that her memory be respected and note that they will not accept condolences. The burial will take place at Palodia Cemetery.
All proceeds will be deposited into a special bank account in the name of Zoe Zorpa’s children so that when they grow up it will be a “gift of life” from their mother. The action includes a bazaar of books, clothes, and items aimed at offering some relief and support to the two little angels. Anyone wishing can contribute with books, clothes, or jewelry in good condition.
