Ioannis Pittas is still a hot topic, impressing everyone in Bulgaria with CSKA Sofia after playing for Apollon and AIK.
Reports from Bulgaria say two teams are interested in the international forward, and things might change soon.
One of these teams is Legia Warsaw. The Polish club had shown interest in the former Apollon star before but couldn’t agree with AIK on a deal. However, Polish sources say the player wants to move to Warsaw.
The other team is Sochi from Russia. According to Bulgarian reports, the Russian club is ready to offer €2.5 million to CSKA for Pittas.
This means they would pay more than double what Sofia paid AIK for the international star’s transfer.
Specifically, they paid €1.2 million and gave Pittas a great contract that lasts until June 2028.
