This morning, authorities were alerted about a crash between two cars at the intersection of Elaionon and Makedonitissis streets around 10:00.
The driver of one car was hurt and taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Witnesses said the crash happened when one car ran a red light.
A traffic jam formed at the scene. An ambulance, fire brigade, and police stayed until noon to manage traffic and document the incident.
