The region is under weak high pressure, but a weather change is coming on Thursday with low pressure. Starting tomorrow, we might see some light dust in the air at times.
Today, expect mainly clear skies with some high clouds appearing gradually. Winds will blow from northeast to southeast, weak to moderate at 3-4 Beaufort, and may strengthen to 4-5 Beaufort along the coasts. The sea will be slightly rough and can get rougher in the north, east, and south. Temperatures will rise to about 17 degrees inland, 19 on the southern and eastern coasts, 20 on the western and northern coasts, and 11 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight, we’ll see more high clouds. Winds will shift to northwest to northeast, with some southeast winds too, weak to moderate at 3-4 Beaufort, and may reach 4 Beaufort on the coasts. The sea will stay slightly rough, with temporary worsening in the north and east. Temperatures will drop to 8 degrees inland, 13 on the eastern coasts, 11 on other coasts, and 4 degrees in the higher mountains, where local frost is possible.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, expect mainly clear weather with some high clouds. On Thursday, more medium and high clouds are expected along with isolated showers in the western part of the island starting in the afternoon. Temperatures will keep rising until Thursday, staying above normal for this time of year.
