Data shows that over 3,000 delivery workers use the platform in Cyprus. For those with third-party fleet management companies, a collective agreement will start in July 2024. This agreement was made with union involvement and under the Ministry of Labor’s supervision. The company states it does not support statements or actions from third parties that don’t match its values. They are committed to talking with everyone involved to find fair and lasting solutions.
The company also addresses safety, condemning any violence against delivery workers. They mention that for the past two years, they have worked closely with authorities to tackle racism and improve worker protection in the industry.
