At Vlassides Winery, the tasting experience is truly special with Exquisite. It features a unique experience that includes three sparkling wines from the 2020 vintage. These wines are made using the traditional method and come with a carefully chosen platter that boosts their flavors.
The journey starts with EDDIAL, a blanc de blancs made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Aged for 30 months on lees, it’s perfect as an aperitif because of its fresh taste and elegant bubbles.
Next up is an extra brut blanc de noir made from 100% Maratheftiko. With just 3 grams of sugar, it has a full body, high acidity, and intense complexity, making it great for food pairings.
The experience wraps up with a rosé brut Maratheftiko. It has sweeter aromas and balanced acidity, making it perfect for ending a meal.
The platter includes crackers with cream cheese and caviar, grapes, petit brie, bread, and pâté. This creates the ultimate pairing with the sparkling wines.
