With the Novoville app, users can easily report daily issues like cleanliness, waste, green spaces, abandoned vehicles, and other local concerns. It’s simple, immediate, and free, so no need for phone calls or trips to Town Hall.
This platform boosts transparency and accountability, letting citizens see their request’s progress as it happens.

The Novoville app was launched at a special event where Mayor Mr. Stavros Stavrinidis highlighted that the Municipality is making strides in digital transformation. This includes using modern technology to enhance citizens’ daily lives.
