The Award Ceremony for the 15th Pan-Cyprian Visual Arts Competition was a big hit! It took place yesterday, Tuesday, March 24, at the Kasteliotissa Hall. The theme was ‘Creating in the Museum.’
This event was organized by the Ministry of Education, Sports, and Youth along with the Art Inspection of Secondary General Education. It drew a huge crowd, showing great interest in the students’ artwork.
However, the large turnout came with a hiccup. There was an unexpected problem with the microphone system, making it hard for some speakers to be heard clearly.
Despite this, the ceremony went on smoothly. Representatives and officials from the Ministry of Education, Sports, and Youth were present. The spotlight was on the talented students and their teachers, who were recognized for their support in nurturing creativity.

This event showcased the high quality of visual arts education in Secondary Education. It proved how important these programs are for encouraging creativity and self-expression among young people.
