Former Dynamo Moscow player, Kevin Kuranyi, chatted with Championat journalist Maria Koutsoubeieva about Alexander Kokorin’s future at Aris.
The Russian forward’s contract with Aris ends at the season’s close, so it’s natural to wonder if he will renew it.
When asked if they talked about his future, Kuranyi said:
“Sasha is happy at Aris. He enjoys football and life there. He might stay longer. I’m not sure if he wants to go back to Russia.”
On whether they have spoken with Aris about his future, he replied:
“Not yet, but we plan to.”
It’s worth mentioning that Kuranyi brought Kokorin to Aris and still represents him.
