Today, expect mainly cloudy skies, with local showers and isolated thunderstorms. Hail could fall during storms, and sleet or snow might occur on the higher peaks of Troodos.
The winds will come mostly from the northeast to southeast, blowing weak to moderate (3–4 Beaufort), making the sea slightly rough. The temperature will reach 18°C inland, around 20°C on the coast, and 9°C in the higher mountains. Tonight, expect partly cloudy skies with a chance of isolated showers, mainly along the coast. Winds will shift to northwest to northeast, remaining weak (3 Beaufort), while the sea will be calm to slightly rough. The temperature will drop to 9°C inland, around 12°C on the coast, and 4°C in the higher mountains, where frost may form in sheltered spots.
This Wednesday, expect partly cloudy weather with some isolated showers. This Thursday and Friday, we might see more clouds at times, with possible rain or thunderstorms, mainly after midday. The temperature is not expected to change much, staying slightly above average for this time of year.
